الأخطاء دي مش من فراغ — هي من مراجعة مئات البروبوزالات والرسائل اللي كتبها فريلانسرز مصريون على Fiverr وUpwork. بعضها أخطاء قواعد، وبعضها أخطاء أسلوب بتخلي الكلام يبدو غير احترافي حتى لو صح نحوياً. كلها بتأثر على انطباع العميل عنك.

استخدام "Dear Sir/Madam" في البداية

"Dear Sir/Madam" بتخليك تبدو زي إنك كاتب خطاب رسمي من القرن الـ 19. العملاء على Fiverr وUpwork بيحبوا التواصل الودود والمباشر. استخدم "Hi" دايماً — هي محترمة وعصرية في نفس الوقت.

فتح البروبوزال بالكلام عن نفسك
I am a professional graphic designer with 5 years of experience and I have worked with many clients...I noticed your project needs [specific thing]. I've handled exactly this type of work before and I'd love to help.
العميل شايف 50 بروبوزال كلهم بيبدأوا بـ "I am a...". ابدأ بالعميل مش بنفسك. أول جملة لازم تكون عن مشروعه — بيثبت إنك قرأت إعلانه فعلاً.

"Please find attached herewith" وأشباهها
Please find attached herewith the required documents for your perusal.Please find the [files] attached. / I've attached the [files] for your review.
"Herewith" و"for your perusal" و"kindly" — دول كلمات إنجليزي هندي رسمي قديم. الإنجليزي الأمريكي المستخدم على منصات الفريلانس أبسط وأوضح.

"Please revert back to me"
Please revert back to me at your earliest convenience.Please let me know if you have any questions. / Feel free to reach out anytime.
"Revert" معناها "يرجع لحالته الأصلية" — مش "يرد على رسالة". ده خطأ شائع جداً قادم من الترجمة الحرفية للعربية. قل ببساطة "please reply" أو "please let me know".

عدم استخدام Contractions

الكتابة بدون contractions بتخليك تبدو روبوت. في الإنجليزي المهني غير الرسمي (زي الفريلانس)، I'll/I'm/I don't/You'll أطبيعي وأودود من I will/I am/I do not. استثناء: العقود الرسمية ومحررات قانونية.

القاعدة: استخدم "an" قبل الكلمات اللي بتبدأ بصوت حرف علّة (vowel sound): an email, an hour, an umbrella, an Uber. استخدم "a" قبل أصوات الحروف الساكنة: a user, a website, a project. "An hour" لأن الـ H صامتة والصوت اللي بتسمعه هو "ower".

في العربية: "أنا بشتغل فريلانسر من 2020". في الإنجليزي: للحدث اللي بدأ في الماضي ولسه مستمر، استخدم Present Perfect: "I've been freelancing" مش "I am freelancing since".

الجمل الطويلة جداً بدون فواصل

جملة واحدة طويلة بيشيل نفَس القارئ. قسّم أفكارك في جمل قصيرة. كل جملة فكرة واحدة. ده بيخلي كلامك أوضح وأسهل في القراءة — وبيبيّن احترافية.

"I am agree" و"I am understand"
I am agree with your feedback. / I am understand what you need.I agree with your feedback. / I understand what you need.
Agree وunderstand وknow وbelieve — دي أفعال stative مش بتيجي مع "am/is/are". مش "I am agree" — "I agree". مش "I am know" — "I know". في العربية بنقول "أنا موافق" فالـ "أنا" بيترجملنا لـ "I am" بالخطأ.

Subject Line فاضية أو مش واضحة في الإيميل
Subject: (فاضية) / Subject: Hello / Subject: ImportantSubject: Logo Design Proposal — [Your Name] / Subject: Question about the [project name] deadline
لو بتبعت إيميل خارج المنصة، الـ Subject Line هي اللي بتحدد إذا كان الكلاينت يفتح الإيميل ولا لا. اكتب subject محدد يخلّيه يفهم الموضوع من غير ما يفتح.
الحل الأسرع لكل الأخطاء دي: قبل ما تبعت أي رسالة أو بروبوزال، انسخه وحطه في ChatGPT مع الـ prompt: "Review this for grammar, tone, and professionalism. Fix any errors and suggest improvements." هيصحح كل الأخطاء دي وأكتر في ثواني.
